How do you reduce Menstrual cramps?
Many women have problems of having cramps before and during their periods. This is sometimes called PMS or pre-menstrual syndrome. Period pain is common and a normal part of menstrual cycle. It's usually felt as painful muscle cramps in the lower abdomen.

Some ways to reduce cramps:
1. Drink more water.
2. Use hot water bag in lower abdomen or back. It can help your muscles to relax and relieve painful cramps.
3. Taking hot bath.
4 Drink 1 glass of warm water with one spoon of honey in it.

Add two tables spoons of Fenugreek seeds to a glass of water and boil the water till they turn yellow and drink the warm water.
